What We Do

Our Programs

North Haven Ministries meets people at their point of need.  Whether its food, health concerns, or the need for a safe place, we work to meet those needs with compassion.

Feeding the Hungry

Food Pantry

We process and deliver 20,000 pounds of donated produce, bakery goods, and meat to senior citizens at Capitol Towers, drug rehab facilities, indigents, the unemployed, and area group homes.  We typically serve more than 1,000 people each month.

Nourishing Body and Soul

Community Day

On the 3rd Saturday of each month, we provide prayer and counseling, health screening, free lunch, and a grocery cart loaded with food for hundreds of needy guests.

Registration starts at 7:30 AM and we serve registered guests from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A valid ID showing your current Wake County address is required. You will be served by 11:30 AM and blessed by the love of God before you leave!

Precious memories for wounded kids

Summer Camp

Working in conjunction with the For the Children organization, we provide a Royal Family KIDS Camp, a week of fun and precious memories. At the camp, abused and neglected children find encouragement, good food, and a week full of unconditional love.  We work in cooperation with the Health and Human Services departments of Harnett and Johnson counties to train our staff and to find the kids who need the camp the most.
