About Us

Purpose

North Haven Ministries, Inc. (NHM) was incorporated in the state of North Carolina in June of 2015. Our three-fold purpose is:

  • To operate exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes;
  • To provide services and provisions (food, clothing, health services, ESL and after-school tutoring programs, counseling) to meet the practical needs of vulnerable children, the elderly, unemployed, and immigrants in our community; and,
  • To provide support for those who share our purpose both locally, nationwide and internationally.

North Haven Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit religious, charitable and educational organizational, operating in Wake County and registered with the Internal Revenue Service. Although our ministries have been active for many years, we incorporated in 2015 and our not-for-profit determination from the IRS was granted on 6 November 2015. More details about the organization are available through GuideStar.
